Refund Policy

  1. Customers who want to return their order from Pannkh can easily do so if the product they want to return is applicable under the following conditions: 
  • Wrong product received (incorrect style or incorrect size)
  • Damaged product received (in case of damaged product, the customer needs to send in a video of the product from unboxing to the actual product).
  • Quality Issue (if the quality of the product is not satisfactory).
  • Fit issue (product fit is not satisfactory and the desired size is not available on-site)
  1. Once the product matches any of the above conditions, it is eligible for a Return and request for the same needs to be marked in the website dashboard post login.
  2. Return request sent over mail will not be accepted
  3. Return requests will only be accepted within 7 days post the delivery of the order
  4. Once the Return request is raised, please see the Timeline below for actions: 
  • Time taken for Return Order Pickup: 5-7 business days (arranged by Pannkh) 
  • Please Note: A maximum of 3 attempts would be made for reverse pick-up against an order
  • Time taken for product inspection once it reaches Pannkh warehouse: 2 days
  • Time taken to initiate refund after successful product inspection: 7 days

 

* In a rare case, if the pincode of a location is not serviceable by the courier partner, then the customer needs to send the shipment back to us at the following shipping address at their own expense: PLOT NO-3, GALI NO-1, HARKESH NAGAR, 30 FT. ROAD PALLA, TILPAT FARIDABAD, Faridabad, Haryana, 121003.

 

  1. Before the courier partner picks up the product for Return, please ensure that the product meets the following conditions before handover: 
  • All product tags intact and in their original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition

The receipt of the refund depends on the mode of payment chosen by you. Kindly see below the conditions for the same: 

 

**1. For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders : Refund will be given in the form of credits in the wallet only. Customers are requested to login and check based on the above Refund timelines. 

 

Please Note: The amount credited in the wallet will only be the final product price at which it was purchased. Credits for delivery and handling charges will not be added in the wallet.

 

*2. For Prepaid Online Payment: Refund will be initiated in the same bank account or online source from which the payment was made. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Exchange Policy

 

  1. If you want to get your order exchanged then it should be applicable under the following conditions:

 

  • Wrong product received (incorrect style).
  • Wrong product size received (size other than that ordered and availability on website).
  • Damaged product received (in case of damaged product, the customer to send in a video of the product from unboxing to the actual product).
  • Fit issue (product fit is not satisfactory and the desired size is available on-site)
  1. Once the product matches any of the above conditions, it is eligible for an Exchange and request for the same needs to be marked in the website dashboard post login.
  2. Exchange requests for size difference will only be accepted if the chosen size (larger or smaller) is available on the website. 
  3. Exchange requests will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery of the order

Cancellation Policy

 

  1. If you need to cancel your order, please cancel the same before the item is ready to ship .If the order is ready to ship/dispatched then cancellation will not be done .
  2. Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
  3. For prepaid orders, the amount paid will be credited into the same payment source from which the payment was made. This includes Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallets, Net Banking, and UPI. The Refund will be initiated in the same bank account from which the payment was made.

Q1. Will I get a notification for a successful refund?

 

  1. For COD orders, the refund amount will be credited in the account wallet within 7 business days after Quality Check. Customers are requested to Login and Check for updates. Under normal conditions, the credits in the wallet are reflected within 2-3 days after successful Quality Check. Maximum time however may be 7 business days.
  2. For Prepaid online orders, the refund amount will be credited in the same source from which the payment was made. Total time taken for credit amount in the online payment source may take around 15-17 days which includes Pick-up, Quality Check, and Refund Initiation. 

 

Please Note

  • For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends majorly on the bank. Please check your bank account for updates.
  • In the case of a refund, we will only refund the amount/give credits for the product price. Delivery and handling charges will not be refunded.

 

Q2. For exchange or return, what condition should the product be in to be approved by Pannkh Quality Check later on?

 

If you want to return or exchange a product it should follow the guidelines mentioned below to be eligible:

  • All product tags intact and in their original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition

 

Q3. Why is the refund for Cash on Delivery Orders paid in Wallet credits?

 

Refunds for COD orders are made in the form of wallet credits due to operational limitations. However that is not the case for Prepaid Online orders. Guests who wish to ensure that their refunds get credited directly in the prepaid online order source are recommended to pay online. 

 

Q4. Can I return or exchange just one item from my order? 

 

Yes, it is possible to return or exchange one specific item from your order. To do this, you need to Login to your account and raise a Request for either Return or Exchange post which you will be able to select the item and its reason for Return or Exchange.
